Freddie and Dominic have been admitted as Partners with effect from 1 July 2026, as the firm continues to grow and moves into its third institutional fund. Both joined Mobeus at the start of their careers, Freddie in 2013 and Dominic in 2014, and have progressed through the ranks to become accomplished investors, deal leaders and board members.

Freddie has led Mobeus’s investments in Access Partnership, LACE Partners and, most recently, G=mc2, the AI-enabled brand strategy consultancy. He also led the buyout of ABL 1Touch and co-led the buyout of Distant Journeys, and earlier this year oversaw the highly successful sale of Assured Underwriting Group, the eighth realisation from Mobeus 1.

Dominic sourced and led the investment in The Boundary and its subsequent exit, which delivered a 37% IRR. He co-led the MBO of Inbox Insight and the investment in Gungho Marketing, the first investment from Mobeus 2, and led the exit of Vectair at an 8.5x return. He was also part of the team that delivered the sale of Star Brands, named Small Cap Exit of the Year at the 2025 Mergermarket British Private Equity Awards. Most recently, he led Mobeus’s investment in Big Potato Games, the fast-growing board games creator.

In addition, Kit Schutzer-Weissmann has been promoted to Associate Director, also with effect from 1 July 2026. Kit’s promotion recognises the excellent work he has done in driving Mobeus’s deal origination function forward, and the increasingly strategic leadership role he is taking on origination as the firm looks to deploy capital from Mobeus 3, across both platform investments and bolt-ons.

“Freddie and Dom joined us at the very start of their careers and have grown into accomplished investors. They have worked tirelessly, delivered deals, created real value for our investors and portfolio companies, and become an integral and essential part of the team. Beyond their track records, we see in them great guardians of the culture of Mobeus. Together with Kit’s promotion, these appointments reflect a firm that is investing in homegrown talent and building for its future as we move into our third institutional fund.”
