This bolt-on acquisition marks a significant milestone in LACE’s ambitious growth strategy, expanding its market-leading capabilities in reward and benefits, performance management, and employee relations—areas of increasing demand among blue-chip and international clients.
Founded in 2021, 3XO has quickly established itself as a trusted advisor to boards and remuneration committees of major organisations, specialising in the design and implementation of talent reward, compensation, and incentive strategies. The acquisition brings 3XO’s founders into LACE as Executive Directors to lead a newly formed Reward and Performance business unit.
