James brings deep transactional experience from his role as a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance lead advisory team. He has been heavily involved in a broad range of healthcare‑focused buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, as well as complex carve‑outs and dual‑track processes, reflecting his strong execution capability across the lower mid‑market.
Before joining Grant Thornton, James was part of the accounts and audit team at Saffery Champness, working with private companies of up to £150m turnover across multiple sectors and supporting the firm’s corporate finance team on bank lending and valuation engagements.
