Leads fundraising and investor relations for Mobeus; and chairs Investment Committee for Mobeus.

Chris Price

Chris joined Mobeus in 2010 and has been a Partner since 2015. He was part of the team that led a secondary buyout of the institutional business as part of the successful exit of the VCT business to a trade buyer and has been a key member of the Partner group on all Mobeus’ institutional funds. Chris leads Mobeus’ new investment activities overseeing all new investments and sits as a member of Investment Committee. Chris originated and Chairs Mobeus’ charity initiative, this scholarship programme looks to address social mobility inequalities and to open up private equity to young people from diverse backgrounds.

Guy has worked with Mobeus since 2007. He works with our portfolio companies with a focus on unlocking their full potential. He represents Mobeus directly on the boards of several businesses and has led a range of both new investments and exits, including Tessella, Access Partnership, Advantage, ASL, Gro Group and App-DNA. Guy sits on our Fund Board and also leads our Responsible Investment initiatives.

Freddie Bacon

Freddie has been sourcing and executing new investments for our buyout team since 2013.

He has particular experience in the specialist consultancy and human capital sector, having led Mobeus’s recent investments in G=mc², Access Partnership, LACE Partners and Intralink. He has also sat on several portfolio boards in the Mobeus portfolio. This broader experience includes leading the exit of insurance MGA, Assured Underwriting Group, and leading the buyout of automotive services provider ABL 1Touch.

Dominic Draysey

Dominic joined Mobeus in 2014 and is responsible for sourcing and leading investments, as well as working with portfolio companies, helping them deliver their growth ambitions.

He has led a number of Mobeus investments across the business services and consumer sectors, notably The Boundary and Big Potato Games. He has also represented Mobeus on a number of portfolio company boards and worked on our exits of The Boundary and Star Brands.

Kit joined Mobeus in 2024 as our Origination Manager. He is responsible for driving origination efforts for the firm across our target sectors, identifying and developing investment opportunities at both a platform and portfolio level.

Before joining Mobeus, Kit was part of RSM UK’s origination team, supporting the national M&A efforts by sourcing sell-side mandates across a variety of sectors including business services & financial services.

Prior to RSM, Kit co-founded Perrin & Partners, a deal-by-deal investment vehicle acquiring SMEs, where he sourced and executed the firm’s first acquisition.
